Jean-Pierre and Elsa will be offering cooking workshops in Healdsburg.

Workshops will take place throughout the year on Saturdays and Sundays for 3 hours. Guests arrive at 10am and begin with a cooking class with recipes from our book French Roots, which guests receive upon arrival, to best follow along the class. We speak about seasonal menu planning and how to be prepared to host dinner. The cooking class will consist of making a three course meal which we will have for lunch, a few side dishes to add and some french cooking basics. After the class Jean-Pierre gives a tour of his vegetable garden and orchard, as well as his balsamic vinegar cellar. We then all gather around a table to enjoy the meal we prepared during the class, paired with wines from Denise’s family in Bordeaux, France.

One Day: $350 per person (limited to 4 people per class)

From: 10am to 1pm

Meals and beverages included for both days. Accommodations not included.

On Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year.
